Vincenzo Arzedi is an Italian musician based in Sardinia, who began his self-taught music journey at fourteen with keyboards. Influenced by the Alan Parsons Project, he developed a passion for instrumental music, with a pivotal moment coming from acquiring a used Korg M1. Before launching his project "Green Installations on Earth," he refined his skills in various rock bands, including Tom Sawyer and Maldarte. Inspired by the birth of his son and the urgent need for environmental sustainability, Arzedi's music reflects diverse influences—from progressive rock bands like Marillion and Dream Theater to the cinematic sounds of Hans Zimmer.
The project began with two albums: the debut featured a pop sound, while the second explored experimental electronic music with intricate textures. Though originally planned as a two-album series, Arzedi is considering a third release. As a multi-instrumentalist, he plays all instruments on his recordings, using Logic X as his main digital audio workstation, occasionally incorporating Ableton Live. For added quality, four tracks from the first album were mixed by Bruce Soord and the full album was mastered by Steve Kitch, both respected names in the progressive rock scene.
